Flavor Flav Cooks His New Restaurant's Special Fried Chicken on 'Kimmel' (VIDEO)

Flavor Flav opened his own restaurant -- Flav's Fried Chicken -- in Clinton, Iowa, last month. The rapper, who has a culinary degree and restaurant experience, appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC) to show the host how it's done. His secret recipe includes "Flavor Flav crystals."

Kimmel quipped, "Is that legal? We're not cooking up methamphetamines or something, are we?" The pair seasoned raw chicken with the secret spices upon Flav's instruction to "make love to the meat, man."

Kimmel then kindly gave the restauranteur a more personalized chef's hat -- with the rapper's favored viking horns attached.
