It's one of those stories that certainly sounds like tabloid fodder. That's why Jay Leno had to check if it was real when Jenna Fischer was on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on NBC).

"I heard that you got married by Jeff Probst, the 'Survivor' guy," he said. "Now is that a tabloid thing or is that real?"

The story isn't as funny as some of the images Leno concocted of Probst running some kind of 'Survivor' church. Instead, it was simply a matter of Fischer and her then-fiancé Lee Kirk wanting to be married by someone they knew. When they heard that their friend Jeff Probst could do it, they booked him.

The actual ceremony was a bit tricky for him to schedule, though. "He was shooting in Nicaragua," she said. "He did a Tribal Council, he flew to LA, he did our wedding, he stayed until about one in the morning and he flew back to Nicaragua. He was in town for like twelve hours."

That's a commitment to friendship. The question is, if anybody can figure out between which Tribal Councils -- during the July 2010 filmed season -- did it look like Probst ran off to perform a wedding?
