'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 3 Reunion, Part 2['The Real Housewives of Atlanta' - 'Reunion Part 2']

And, it's back to the ladies of "Haterville," as Phaedra, the funeral home director-to-be (????), would say.

Except for a segment on absent fathers in which more tears were shared than insults hurled, the housewives continued to engage in a polite smattering of tiffs. In the end, the reunion was pretty uneventful, especially if you already caught the post-Atlanta 'Watch What Happens: Live' interviews this season.

That's apart from the whole funeral home thing. Kandi pondering a sex toy line wasn't as random.

Despite the latest roundup of NeNe vs. Kim's "greatest hits," we probably aren't going to ever top "Close your legs to married men, trash box!"

If it weren't for the teaser, one wouldn't expect Kandi to tear up at the mention of Kim profiting at her expense. But really, the best part of that whole conversation was probably Andy Cohen's use of "tone deaf" in his question to Kim.

Phaedra's "Due-Date-Gate" questions revealed no clear answers yet again so there were no surprises there, apart from the small mention of her possibly being one to one-and-a-half months pregnant when she got married. "Racketeering" and the term "white-collar crime" didn't exactly sate the curiosity about Apollo's offense, either.

Continuing to allege that NeNe was "on" her the most of all the housewives, Phaedra had no choice but to cede to NeNe's statement that (like everyone else with eyes) NeNe is an Apollo fan.

Wherever you come out on the Kim--NeNe rumble of late Season 3, and whether or not you would be loath to get on NeNe's bad side, could you ever imagine the show without her?

Sure, Phaedra's got her whole country wisdom "Everybody knows ..." deal, and Kim's got a lot going on plotwise with new guy and baby, but NeNe seems like the only standalone because, like Bethenny Frankel of 'RHONY', she continues to sass up the best commentary. Even when some pretty heavy moments hit her storyline this season, she was still fun to watch. Consider the "boush boush" bra moment and the way she handled the mention of Phaedra on a horse.

Just don't expect any kind of "Kim Ever After" spin-off. But, a Kim and NeNe buddy show, while unlikely with the current Zolciak--Leakes stalemate, now that actually seems like it would be pretty watchable.
