'Hell's Kitchen' Gets Two More Seasons
Get ready for more bleeping Gordon Ramsay! Fox has renewed 'Hell's Kitchen' for not just one but two more seasons.According to Entertainment Weekly, the cooking competition will begin production on seasons 9 and 10 in April. Look for new episodes to debut in the late summer.
"The thing about 'Hell's Kitchen' is you can put it anywhere -- spring summer fall, opposite 'Modern Family' and 'Survivor,'" 'Hell's Kitchen' executive producer Arthur Smith told EW. "It's very satisfying to see what people think of a food show is that broad based."
The series has performed well for Fox, spawning two other Ramsay-fronted programs, 'Masterchef' and 'Kitchen Nightmares.' Season 8, which wrapped in December, averaged 6.3 million viewers and a 2.9 in the 18-49 demographic.
Before the new seasons start, the restaurant will be redesigned to feature a balcony for guests to sit over the pass.
