Last time Joel McHale and Craig Ferguson saw each other was at a Christmas party held by 'The Late Late Show' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS) host. Apparently Don Rickles made an appearance and teased him the entire time.

Ferguson recalled, "He said, 'Is this your house? Here's five dollars -- get a proper house.'" But McHale noted, "It was like having the Santa Claus of comedy there."

The host agreed that "being insulted by him is like, you know, getting a kiss from someone very nice." The 'Community' star criticized his "terrible analogy," but Ferguson just thought McHale was beginning to think too highly of himself. "I'm not gonna deny that I've become more awesome," joked McHale.
