'American Idol' Top 24 Season 10: Meet the Semifinalists

American Idol top 24 season 10
They walked "the Green Mile" and survived to sing about it! Finally, we're down to 'American Idol's' Top 24 for season 10 and it's time to get to know the 12 guys and 12 girls who'll be vying for your votes next week.

The boys will face America first on Tuesday, March 1 (8–9:30PM ET on Fox), followed by the girls on Wednesday, March 2 (8–9:30 PM ET on Fox), with the results revealed live on Thursday, March 3 (8-10PM ET on Fox). Word is the pack will be cut down to 10 with a couple of wild cards from the judges thrown in, but nothing's official yet. Check back for spoilers on what the gang will be singing in the days to come!

I like most of their picks but some like Ashton and Jovany aren't too great and they voted Chris Medina off and I think they should have kept him instead of Jovany, and Brett is so young I don't think he will go very far......

I would just like to say that with the awesome, raspy, husky voice that Hayden has I think that she could really do a wonderful job with Bonnie Tylers Bright Eyes, or any of her songs!!

I thought that they were not going to do the "12 men and 12 women" thing again--- that the best talent would go through whether they were male or female. So what happened?

Personally didn't care for Chris Medina's style of music but he is definitely a good singer and an awesome person. He definitely will go far in life. As far as the other contestants, there are some really good picks. I didn't agree with all of the judges picks, never do!

I am shocked they voted Chris Medina off. That was just wrong! I know he shouldn't be put on there just because of his incredible story with his fiancee becoming disabled after the wreck, but he could sing! He had heart and his singing came from the heart! No wonder the judges were sad-looking and J-Lo cried, they knew they were doing the wrong thing! He should have gone through.
On the upside, I did hear a record producer snagged him and he is already working on a song he wrote himself...I see good things for him, but still think Idol was wrong.
