Don Johnson Plots TV Comeback With 'A Mann's World'

'Miami Vice' veteran Don Johnson is eying a return to TV with a role in NBC's 'A Mann's World.'According to TVLine, Johnson will play Allan Mann, a successful hair stylist who finds himself struggling to stay relevant in an industry that emphasizes youth.
The drama pilot comes from 'Sex and the City''s Michael Patrick King. 'The Vampire Diaries' star Taylor Kinney is also on board as the current "it boy" in the stylist world.
Aside from 'Miami Vice,' Johnson had starring roles in 'Nash Bridges' and 'Just Legal.' He recently popped up on HBO's 'Eastbound & Down' and on the big screen in 'When in Rome' and 'Machete.'
No word on whether Johnson's 'A Mann's World' wardrobe will include linen suits and pastel tees.
