Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's Custody Battle Heats Up'The Early Show' (weekdays, 7AM ET on CBS) reports the latest on the custody battle between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, as the 'Two and Half Men' star takes to Twitter and criticizes his estranged wife via video posted on RadarOnline.

Sheen tweeted that twin sons Max and Bob, who were removed from his home after a temporary restraining order was issued to Mueller, are well. "My sons' [sic] are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!" he wrote.

Sheen also questioned Mueller's parenting skills on video and promised that her "day is coming." "How dare you! You're a better parent than me? Shame on you! Your day is coming and it's coming fast," he said.

Charlie I hope you take a peek at comments that people leave you. You really do look bad. The media is loving every moment of putting you on the air because its good for their ratings. They dont care about you. Please take a good look in the mirror. Think about your kids and your future. You're young. Get your **** together and get better. You can do it. Dont let the drugs rule your life. You said you're "WINNING" but you're really not... Your drug addiction is winning.

Charlie you are looking bad man. Whatever you are doing is taking it's toll on you.
As an actor it is time to get your act back together. Children are a gift from God, you can't take care of them if you can't even take care of yourself.

Love 2 and a half men love charlie (dont like the way he is acting untouchable) he is human not perfect. Please Charlie get it together please we love you show wont be the same with out the old charlie not this one we are seeing on these interview. And Charlie find a real women these 2 girls are only in it for the ride they don't care about the inner you think about it your not a stupid man for God sakes, they are in it for the money they don't love you if you OD tommorrow the would not even care.
