Frankie Fires Off an Angry Drunk Letter to the Principal About Brick's Teacher on 'The Middle' (VIDEO)

'The Middle' - 'The Math Class'It's important to be involved in your children's education. But, as we learned on 'The Middle' (Wed., 8PM ET on ABC), it's probably best not to involve alcohol in your involvement. Doris Roberts returned as Brick's teacher, and she continued to get under Frankie's skin at every turn.

Frankie tried to reconnect to Brick's situation at school when he started getting Ds on his math tests. But after meetings with his teacher weren't going well, Frankie decided to take a more direct approach. An approach inspired by beer.

She fired off a letter to the school principal. In it, she implied that Brick's teacher was a drunk, and possibly a former Nazi. "What do we really know about her?" she wrote.

"How did this happen?" she asked Mike after reading the letter the next morning. Mike correctly diagnosed beer.

Sure, alcohol might make it easier to try and deal with the frustrations of third-grade math, but a drunken email is never a good idea. Just imagine you're about to drunk-dial an ex-girlfriend ... no, wait, that won't work. Drunk people do that all the time. How do you reason with drunks?

Got it. If you're going to drink, lock all your electronic devices in a closet. That way you can't do anything automatically. You're welcome.
