Lisa was project manager and rstar and dionne should have done what they were told to do, they elected her as project manager, and Lisa was in charge, when Lisa told star to approve the cover of the book, and star told lisa to come back and do it herself, that was insubordination and Lisa should have told star to do what she said since she is the project manager and Mr. Trump should have FIRED STAR, Instead of Lisa, I 'm sorry Mr. Trump i disagree with your decision

A kick butt mean spirited attitude is not synonymous with success. In fact one of the indications that a person has good management skills is their ability to work well with others. Creating loyalty by treating people with respect. People perform their best in this environment . I learned in the many years of being a business owner.
Evidently, Trump has a different take on this. The 3 women throwing Lisa under the bus (and they were doing this from the start) created a toxic working environment. Fear and Intimidation is old school because it doesn't work.
Who knows what Lisa's "best performance" would have been ! She had to spend most of her energy trying to manage the attitudes of 3 self absorbed diva's ...instead of jumping whole heartedly into the task with a feeling of support from her team. She never had that. And Trumps assessment ? A compliment on Lisa 's lips !.....and praise for the self absorbed diva's who seemed to have carefully and intentionally set their project manage up for failure. .... Take note everyone who might have heard that he is thinking of becoming a presidential candidate.

Star and Dionne I have lost all respect for them. They were both bitches. Trump who is supposedly tops in business world, is dumb enough to make what some might consider sexually discriminating remarks to Lisa

Dionne and Star had done to Marlene. The way you were treated. I almost fainted when Dionne wanted her
name on the book. No trying to change it after the first request, Dionne. You showed who and what you are!

Trump should not have said anything about Lisa's lips. She is a beautiful and intelligent woman. It was not material for tv, it only makes him look like he is looking for cheap conversation. I am sure she knows what her lips looked/look like. As for Star and Dionne, I have lost all respect for them. They were both bitches. Especially wanting credit for the book--which, btw lost the competition. They should have been fired. Like Donald Jr said, the theme of the book was directly from the Wizzard of Oz. The lion with no roar. Not too original. Also, we felt that they were mean to Marley Matlin, and rude. Dionne was extremely hurtful to Marley. I am not to interested in the show if it is just going to be so negative. Dionne will never make it as a team leader and no one can trust Star.

I don't blame Lisa for not fighting. I would have got the heck out of there ASAP. The way Dionne treated Marlene was way out of line. Wonder what we didn't see due to editing. Doubt I ever watch this show again.
