Marcel's Quantum KitchenMarcel Vigneron might've packed his knives and left 'Top Chef All Stars' a few weeks ago, but the 30-year-old won't be gone from our TV screens for long.

On 'Marcel's Quantum Kitchen,' which premieres next Tuesday, March 22, at 10PM on Syfy (yes, Syfy), the polarizing chef will use his signature technique of molecular gastronomy -- the fusion of science and cooking -- to create dishes for clients of his new catering and event company.

Yes, we're pretty sure there will be foam involved.

Since you are only including the 50 states and D.C. and not the territories like Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands we feel left out. But I will give you my comments. I love watching the show but I hate seeing how he treats his team. With out them he can't do the show. So watch your mouth and don't act like an ass. It's not good TV, and gives an ugly view of how you really are. Please calm down a bit and treat your team like you really appreciate them. If you don't , I think many viewers will be turned off and not bother to watch you. In the begining first impressions count Marcel, really. I have always wanted an ipad but I know under these conditions it won't be possible but my views are valid and are meant to bring you back to earth. I can understand the stress you are under but it doesn't mean you can step on people. I felt very sorry for your team after all the hard work they did and your hard work took a back seat to that. I don't think you want people to focus on your horrible way of treating them so... think of your show, your team and how it is seen. Do you really want people to focus on your bad moods or your creative genius. Think about it for a minute. I felt a need to let you know how I feel and I believe you can do better with out the nastiness. Good luck and happy eating. Keep up the Quantum Kitchen in a better light and give us what you really want out of this which I believe is to show us what you can do in a kitchen better than anyone else. But you are walking a fine line between great TV or another Prima Dona who viewers will reject in the long run.
Maybe you can make spanish food for a change like Roasted Pork, Rice w/ gandules, a desert of Flan de Queso. Just a thought. Sorry to be so ruff on you but you needed it. Just try a little harder so your team goes the extra mile for you and the show you can't do it alone just remember that.
