Rainn Wilson Trained His Son in Method Acting For His Kindergarten Play (VIDEO)

It looks like Rainn Wilson isn't going to be the only prominent actor in his immediate family. At least, not if he can help it. On 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC), he talked about how his six-year old son was involved in his first play.

So Wilson, being the professional actor that he is, decided to step in and help his son out with his preparation. "I wanted him to go all method on this," he explained. "We went to James Dean's grave. We watched Brando movies. We did drugs with Courtney Love."

Admittedly, that last one had nothing to do with the performance, but apparently all that preparation worked as he said his son did a 25-minute improv speech with enough f-bombs to make Melissa Leo blush at the Oscars.

Sounds like somebody is preparing for the role of a lifetime. Maybe Wilson's son should be considered for the position of Manager of the Scranton branch of a certain paper company. With 'The Office' renewed, they're definitely going to need to get that position filled.
