The winner of 'America's Next Great Restaurant' (Sun., 8PM ET on NBC) will immediately receive a lot of responsibility: three restaurants in New York, Minneapolis and L.A. The show's celebrity-chef and restaurateur judges will advise the winner, but contestants need to show a clear vision and solid entrepreneurial skills.Greg and Krystal need to "figure out what your food's all about," says celebrity chef Curtis Stone. Chipotle founder Steve Ells tells Marisa, "We really like your concept, but we don't see the leadership skills necessary to execute it. Marisa, we will not be investing in your restaurant."
