Scott Gets So Mean His Assistant Quits at a Cover Shoot on 'Kourtney and Kim' (VIDEO)

Scott Disick, 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York'As a recovering alcoholic, Scott Disick doesn't have his normal vices to help him calm down and relax when he's stressed out. On 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' (Sun., 10PM ET on E!), Scott admits that he's feeling the pressure and a lot nervous about a cover shoot for 'Men's Fitness' magazine.

But is that an excuse to treat his assistant, Dale, so poorly? After Dale returns with the wrong kind of underwear, Scott dresses him down in front of everyone who's there helping on the shoot.

"Do I work for you, or do you work for me?" he asks him. After he sends Dale away from him, he tells him he's worthless, and then tells the girls who are working his hair and make-up that his life would be smoother without Dale.

Later, Dale tries to talk to Scott about his hurt feelings, but Scott says he can't deal with that right now because of the stress of the shoot. "Grow up, Dale!" he yells at him.

Now, though, Scott's going to have even more to deal with as Dale finally reaches his breaking point and walks away, telling Scott that he quits.

I agree he is a huge DI** and his assistanr did what a lot of them should do when they are treated like **** by their employerw because they feek they can talk and treat people however they choose because they are famous

Scott Disick is a complete waste of space. His arrogance is apalling. His only claim to fame being associated with Kourtney, a painful association at best. Much as her sister Khloe is awful, insecure and hopelessly narcissistic, she is right about this clown.

He's lucky he's not dealing with me. I would kick his a....regularly. He's a joke.

If he didn't have his family's money, he would have nothing.

Except for Kim, the other two are gold-diggers. No one would have paid attention to either of them were it not for Kim.

Whats the big deal? That's what it's like being an assistant (personal, administrative, executive) to anyone, anywhere, at any company. Unappreciated and ultimately treated like garbage. It comes with the territory because every boss is a D-BAG who likes the sound of their own voice. I agree, grow up Dale, and welcome to life as an assistant. Deal with it or find a new line of work.
