Well, Marysol and Philippe's wedding was refreshingly simple and pared-down, despite the fact that the justice of the peace read their self-written vows. No weeks of stressed-out planning, just a ride up the mountain to the ceremony.

Plus, Marysol remains likable, able to shake off that whole "green card" comment and sail off into the snow in her princessy white jacket and gown.

Unsurprisingly, though, it was her mother Elsa's visit to the post-show 'Watch What Happens Live' that brought some decent funnytime. Specifically, Marysol and Elsa's car trip (her mom doesn't fly) to New York from Miami, during which Elsa stated she was hallucinating that everyone was against her, or something. Anyway it was decent, along with her dream for one day swimming in the reflecting pool in D.C. with Oprah and Michelle Obama, the later of which would hopefully, for Elsa's sake, share her eyebrow-pencil secret.

Otherwise we returned to the Cristy charity show ticket drama, which really hasn't been much drama at all. Did the producers prod Adriana to bring it up because no weighty conflicts were taking off? Alexia's car accident and photo shoot meetings with pretty-boy Cuban actor William Levy, Lea's questionable mentoring session and Larsa's club owner-chef from The Jersey Shore the Italian restaurant rounded out the rest of the episode.

And we're already headed for the finale, done with the whole first season? Let's hope the live reunion show will provide some unedited gems. Otherwise Elsa might have to be brought on in a second season to replace Lea as the show's (presumably) eldest 'wife.'

Is Adriana settling for her French guy because he's more of a father to her son than her estranged husband? Lea pointed out that Adriana's move to embrace the once-doubted boyfriend seems to be a reaction to the fact that her ex is clamoring for a reconciliation three years on, even though he's never committed to a penny of child support. It's a fact that sent Adriana into a tailspin because she must have felt once again like a pawn in a game instead of a wife or a mother.

You can break your arm and still be Madonna: What an inspirational concept from from Lea, that unofficial mayor of Miami. At least LuAnn from 'The Real Housewives of New York City' showed her mentorees she could play basketball in heels.

'The Real Housewives of Miami' airs Tuesdays, 10PM ET on Bravo.
