Jake Gyllenhaal on 'The Daily Show'At the end of Jake Gyllenhaal's interview on 'The Daily Show' (Weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy central) Jon Stewart asked him, "Are we going to hang out and play basketball at some point soon?"

"No we're not because you never called me back," Gyllenhaal responded, and then reminded Stewart that the last time he was on the show Stewart made the same basketball offer, but apparently didn't follow through.

"I was actually on the Conan O'Brien show the other day and I likened him to the Abraham Lincoln of talk show hosts," Gyllenhaal continued. "You, I liken to the Spud Webb of talk show hosts. So, yes, I would love actually to play basketball with you."

"Look up Spud Webb and you will see that is not an insult, that was actually quite high praise," was what Stewart had to say about that.

For those not in the know, Spud Webb was an NBA player who overcame his 5'6" inch frame to average 10 points per game over his 12-year career and become a slam dunk contest champion in 1986. (And Abraham Lincoln was very tall. Like Conan O'Brien.)
