After a successful reunion at PaleyFest last month, Judd Apatow is getting the 'Freaks and Geeks' band back together -- literally.A source tells TV Squad that Apatow and 'F&G' stars Jason Segel and Seth Rogen are currently developing a 'Freaks' spin-off that would revolve around the band Creation. You know what that means? An updated version of 'Lady L' and more Segel-penned masterpieces.
We just have one question: How many pieces will Nick's drum kit have now?!
April Fools!
Today is not a day for the gullible among us. More than one person in our office was fooled by Google's Gmail Motion prank, but other April 1 Internet pranks are easier to spot.
Our favorite?
Hulu's circa-1996 GeoCities version of its homepage, complete with slow-loading photos and brand-new eps of TV's hottest shows, 'The X-Files' and 'The Commish.'
Over on ABC.com, the network is touting slightly different versions of its hit shows. 'White Castle,' anyone? How about 'Body of 90 Proof'?Our friends at Moviefone also have a scarily realistic imagining of what would happen if Ryan Murphy agreed to direct a 3D version of 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' starring the cast of 'Glee.'
Tell us: What were your favorite April Fools jokes today? (And how sad are you that our 'Freaks and Geeks' story isn't actually real?)
