Rachael Ray got up close and personal with Paula Deen today on 'Rachael Ray' (weekdays, syndicated), reminiscing about a time Deen lost her pants at Lee Schrager's South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Ray was once embarrassed at having to teach in a bikini because she lost a bet, but Deen had it much worse.

Deen had worn pants with an elastic band to the Festival, and had a premonition they would be trouble. But the waistband was no match for the microphone packs it was charged with holding up. "I turned around quickly to introduce my family, my britches hit the floor," said Deen.
