Wynonna and Naomi Judd Show Support for Ashley Despite Shocking Memoir (VIDEO)

The Judds Show Support for Ashley Despite Shocking MemoirSister Wynonna and mother Naomi showed support for Ashley Judd on 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC), despite the actress' memoir, 'All That is Bitter and Sweet,' in which she was highly critical of her family.

In her new book, Ashley described her family as dysfunctional and said she felt lonely and neglected as a child since her mother and sister were focused on their country music careers. Ashley also claims she was sexually abused by several different men as a child.

Naomi stated her love for Ashley despite the scandalous memoir and wished her success as an author. "These two girls are my life," she said. "I love them so dearly and I want the book to be a success."

Likewise, Wynonna signaled support for her sister, even if there's some disagreement over the contents of the memoir. ""One thing about our family that hopefully will give give a great deal of hope to others, even though we can agree to disagree, we support who we are, and I support my sister," she said.

In response to grind126. Life is too short for us to have hateful things to say about one another. You yourself have to have insecurities to say something like that. Wynonna is real and beautiful and you can't stand it. Also, please know that there are a lot of dysfuctional families in this world , pray for them and cheer them on when they are trying to overcome. Where is the love?

Wynonna is the quientessential sweat hog. What a pig. I see people like her around the local Wal-Mart pretty much every week. She is truly disgusting to look at. Oh and hey, no offense!

Ashley always seemed like an outcast, I could see it. Too much focus on one child makes the others feel worthless. Ashley has done OK for herself. She is a good actress.. You go girl, you are a survivor.. :)
