Doris Roberts is an unstoppable machine. An acting, machine that is.The 'Everybody Loves Raymond' star is guest starring on not one, not two, but three shows at the end of this TV season.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Roberts will reprise her role as Brick's teacher and go toe-to-toe with Patrica Heaton, her former 'Raymond' co-star, once again on the May 25 episode of 'The Middle.'
"Patty and I go head to head once again," Roberts told EW. "I still think I'm right about her kid and she still thinks I'm evil and mean."
The actress made her first appearance in the season 2 premiere.
Before Roberts returns to 'The Middle,' she'll be checking into Seattle Grace as a patient on 'Grey's Anatomy.' Look for the 80-year-old actress to play a character pretty unlike herself on the April 28 episode. "The language I use in it is pretty wild," she said.
Roberts will end her acting blitz with a guest role on TV Land's 'Hot in Cleveland.' You don't want to make Betty White's Elka angry ... and that's just what Roberts' character does. "I get punched by Betty White," she said. "I play a woman who had an affair with her husband in the past and she is angry."
