It's the 'Last Temptation' of Amber Tamblyn's Masters on 'House' (VIDEO)

Masters finally reached her breaking point on 'House' (Mon., 8PM ET on FOX). Ironically, or perhaps not considering the arc of the character, it came when she'd finally completed her reluctant transformation into a House-like doctor.Lying and manipulating in order to save a patient's life has been a staple of Dr. House's methodology for so long, we almost take it for granted. But for Masters, it's something she has pretty openly wanted nothing to do with.
After saving her patient's life, but at the cost of her own moral code, Masters reached a crossroads. She needed to either embrace the "dark side," as it were, or forge her own path.
House justified her actions with the solution to all moral quandaries. "You were right," he told her.
"Then why don't I feel good or satisfied? Instead, I just feel like throwing up." Finally, she realized she simply couldn't do it.
As she started to walk away, she was crying. But when she tripped over a chicken -- the result of Wilson and House's usual shenanigans -- she laughed and regained her composure. That moment seemed to confirm she was making the right decision to leave the asylum to the mad doctor.
