Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Her Secret to Staying Fit (VIDEO)

According to Gwyneth Paltrow, the secret to staying fit is good old-fashioned exercise, she said on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated). And, since she loves to eat, the actress must commit to a strict workout regimen five days a week."I put in a minimum of an hour-and-a-half five days a week," explained Paltrow.
"But, I eat," she continued. "I love food and I can't cut food out. So, I know what it takes. There's no magic. There's no fairy dust. It's not good genes. I work my ass off."
