Meat Loaf Reveals a New Song with His 'Celebrity Apprentice' Team (VIDEO)

Meat Loaf, 'Celebrity Apprentice'You never know where a musical collaboration might be born. Most people probably wouldn't guess that it would find its genesis on a show with Donald Trump. But that's exactly what's happened on this season's 'Celebrity Apprentice.' On 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS), Meat Loaf offered a sneak preview of the track.

It's a collaboration between him, his two fellow finalists on the men's side (Lil Jon and John Rich), and the already eliminated Mark McGrath. This is what happens when you force a bunch of musicians to hang out together.

What's fun about it is the diverse musical backgrounds and fields they're bringing into this joint number, called 'Standing in the Storm.' "It's kind of a rock/country/hip-hop thing," Meat Loaf said. "It's very interesting."

The song even nods to the show with the lyric, "You gotta have a Backbone." (Backbone is the name of the men's team on 'Celebrity Apprentice.')

"John and I are going to approach Trump next week about putting it on the 'Celebrity Apprentice' label on iTunes for all four of our charities," he explained. That way the proceeds from the single can benefit each of their respective charities on the show.

Meatloaf had a best-selling album many years ago. He had a couple albums after that, but they didn't come close to the success of the first record. Meatloaf is old, tired and nobody likes him anymore. Maybe if we are lucky, he will just silently go away!

to earthlovenews.....meatloaf is emotionally unbalanced ? What would that make Gary Busey ? I think all the guys felt like Meatloaf about crazygary ! He's a load ! Meatloaf is talented in a lot of different areas...ya gotta respect that, I would think.

Meatloaf is emotionally unbalanced. The way he attacked Gary because he was sure Gary stole from him when Gary did nothing. He was vicious. He cries like a baby. I never could stand him. Ugly, slobbers when he sings, disgusting and out of shape. Just gross.

Gary atleast had a head injury and if you know anything about head injuries, it makes your basic personality, if you still have your personality, more pronounced and makes you do things you would not under different circunstances do.

Screw Meatloaf.

threatning to kill somebody or kick their ass is saying bad words to somebody, meatball did both!!! he is an arrongant ass with a severe attitude problem! i know this because back in the 80's ,i watched him knock a fan down because he didn't want to sign an autograph!!! i also had to do security for him at a concert he played one night,trust me,he needs security!!! i wanted to kill him by the end of the night!!!
