The Royal Wedding: A Viewing Guide
More than two billion (billion!) people from around the globe are expected to tune in for at least part of Friday's wedding of the century between Prince William and college sweetheart Kate Middleton.There's certainly no lack of TV outlets offering coverage of everything Royal Wedding-related, from William and Kate's courtship to the big day to a post-wedding review. Here, a rundown of when and where to catch all the royal wedding happenings:
MONDAY, APRIL 25
'The Newlywed Game' Royal Week (Monday-Friday, 6:30PM, GSN) -- The Sherri Shepherd-hosted game show will have a different "monarchy" theme for each episode next week, including couples who were married in castles (Mon.), couples married in Queens (New York) on Weds., and couples named William and Kate on Friday.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27
'Inside the Royal Wedding' (8PM, NBC) -- Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera host the preview special.
'Biography: Kate Middleton' (10PM, Bio) -- The debut of the episode about Middleton's real-life fairy tale.
'Extreme Royal Collections' (10PM, TLC) -- Who better than the 'Hoarders' network folks to profile people who've amassed large collections of royal memorabilia?
THURSDAY, APRIL 28'Watch What Happens Live!: Royal Wedding Spectacular' (11PM, Bravo) -- The Countess, of course, LuAnn de Lesseps, helps Andy Cohen preview the big wedding.
