We're passionate about our TV, that's a given, but a Florida man got so heated over 'Game of Thrones' he threw his cousin out of a window.

According to The Smoking Gun, Michael Podniestrzanski and his cousin, Joshua Ross, "got into a verbal altercation" about which of the HBO show's characters were going to win a battle.

The verbal disagreement then turned physical, with the report indicating Podniestrzanski took a swing at Ross. As the fight continued, Ross reportedly "ended up getting thrown into the front window during the altercation."

Podniestrzanski was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and as of yesterday is currently being held in county jail.

This isn't the first time violence was reported over a TV show.

Last November, a man got so enraged during an episode of 'Dancing With the Stars' he shot is TV with a shotgun. Steven Cowan was reportedly so angered by Bristol Palin's inclusion in the 'Dancing With the Stars' finale that he fired his gun at the TV. At the time, his wife Janice said "he jumped up and swore ... Steven was upset that a political figure's daughter was dancing on this particular show when Steven did not think that she was a good dancer."
