Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd Critique the Royal Wedding on 'The View'

The ViewAs to be expected, the hat-clad ladies of 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated) had plenty of opinions to offer about this morning's Royal Wedding. Joy Behar went the fashion route, critiquing the dresses of the day. She described the Queen's canary yellow ensemble as "a bumble bee with a drinking problem ... she looks like a taxi cab!"

The other ladies on the panel were much more supportive, with Sherri Shepherd voicing her approval and Elisabeth Hasselbeck calling the outfit "happy."

Meanwhile, Sherri and a producer spent their time scrutinizing the Royal Wedding footage for the few and far between people of color in the audience.

"They had one little black child in the choir," she joked, before pointing out the group of folks seated toward the front of Westminster Abbey. "They're all segregated, but look, they're in the front! So we've got the Rosa Parks moment."

Joy Behar was so nasty on her show last Friday. She was cruel with her comments about the Lovely wedding.
She couldn't even give them their one day without her usual nasty words. I was huge fan of Joy's when she
started her own show, but I have lost all respect for hger.

then need to learn to be LADIES .The wedding was wonderful and the guests they invited was their buisness sherri needs to shut about black yellow green people,not everthing is about race..so shut your big mouth sherri

Disrespect at its best!
I am appalled at the disrespect shown the Royal family. I had to turn The View off vowing I would never watch it again. But this morning I gave them the benifit of doubt and turned on The View thinking I would hear an apology right away. And of course the first thing right away was Sherri playing the racist card with by bringing up that all people of color can celebrate together in the U.S. Thank you Sherri and Joy, there is now one less viewer of The View.

Big mouth Joy Behar . look at yourself in the mirror. The queen looks better than you. How ugly you will be at her age. You also have big bird nose and ugly wide mouth. Anyone told you that? You are low life. You are so disgusting the way you are bitching. You can't be happy for other people. I think you hate royal family and rich people.

They have nothing of any significance to say. This seems to be a daily occurence. They are not funny either. It was just sad to hear them render their bitter, splenetic grudge against those who will be remembered throughout all of history.

I don't know why Sherri always has to play the race card. I guest she didn't get up and watch the people coming in for the wedding. There were a number of black people there. But no she does not open her eyes before she opens her mouth. I like Sherri but I am getting tired of her always saying something about race. And Joy just has a big mouth.

That is right. These women are so stupid and I am sick of Elizabeth just sitting listening to it so she is getting worse because she will not stick up for anyone even when she knows these idiots are wrong. Oh,and Sherrie...YOU DO KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE WHITE ....which means their family will most probably be mostly white too. The black people were not segregated because they were black but a lot of heads of state are black and they always seat them together. If you would take of your racist hat you would learn something. At a black couples wedding you would see the same thing. Idiots!!!!!! These boys have gone through a lot and have the same feelings that anyone else has to lose their mother. THey have handled it with so much grace and class. You people on the view could use some of that.

When all is said and done, it was Williams and Catherine's wedding, What they chose to do was their choosing. As far as the guests, some women in America could take some lessons, at least they know how to dress up and are not slobbing around in cargo pants and jeans. I hope I look as good at 85 as the queen does.

Really really pathetic! How old are these women? They behave with all the sophistication and dignity of eight year olds with behavioral issues.
