'Chuck' Versus the Bachelor Party: Spies, Strippers & a Soiled Stretched Hummer

No, that isn't a typo; on tonight's 'Chuck' (8PM ET on NBC), titled 'Chuck Vs. Agent X,' Captain Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) throws our titular groom-to-be one hell of a bachelor party, and instead of going the clichéd weekend in Vegas route, Chuck (Zachary Levi) and his cohorts end up celebrating in the peaceful solitude of Las Vecas, a campground that, according to McPartlin, ends up being a little more reminiscent of 'Deliverance' than 'The Hangover'.

But while the guys are embroiled in spy shenanigans, blushing bride Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) has an equally action-packed encounter with "The Snakes of Toluca Lake" -- we have a feeling she'd rather be out in the woods. For more on Chuck and Sarah's unique bachelor/ette parties, join us after the jump. (Mild spoilers ahead!)

Last month, AOL TV was among a number of outlets invited to cover the filming of the 'Chuck' season finale (we'll have more on that closer to the finale's May 16 airdate), and while on set, we managed to uncover a few hilarious hints about the pre-wedding preparations, including the aforementioned parties.

As Maid of Honor, planning Sarah's bachelorette shindig falls to future sister-in-law Ellie (Sarah Lancaster), and she arranges an unlikely form of entertainment for our formerly stoic spy ...

"I will say that the girls do it better than the guys," Lancaster teased during a break from filming. "Yvonne was so mortified to have these strippers around her. It's just not either one of our bags, it's not ideal at all and she was mortified and I, like a good co-star, was just crying on the sidelines, cracking up so hard."

Strahovski was happy to vouch for that: "I had zero support that day from anyone on set," she deadpanned. "The way I really want to talk about it is really crass, but I can't. It was me on a chair with these four dudes, but my head was level with their genitals and they were right there. It was horrifying! I did create a 10-inch rule that one particular fellow did not abide by ... He felt the need for contact on the shoulder." (We bet Kate Middleton didn't have to deal with errant body parts.)

'Chuck' castBeing a spy can wreak havoc on a woman's social life, and since Strahovski confirmed that her Cat Squad girlfriends won't be putting in an appearance at the bachelorette party, it falls to Ellie to pick up the slack, "[she] invites a lot of her doctor friends to fill the space," Lancaster revealed.

Chuck, on the other hand, has plenty of buddies, whether he wants them or not. As well as the usual suspects -- Awesome, Morgan (Joshua Gomez) and Casey (Adam Baldwin) -- trusty Buy More troublemakers Jeff (Scott Krinsky) and Lester (Vik Sahay) tag along for the ride, as well as Big Mike -- which is the perfect justification for renting a stretch-Hummer limo.

"We brought in a [black light] to make sure we didn't find any extraneous [fluids]," Baldwin chuckled.

"And it didn't pass, by the way -- shockingly," Gomez interjected. "And it did have a pole!"

"I think it was a load-bearing pole," Baldwin quipped, much to the amusement of the assembled reporters. We're glad to see that the cast has just as much fun making the show as we have watching it.

There's no time for strippers on the gang's manly camping trip, though. "You know that nothing goes as planned on 'Chuck' and neither does Las Vecas," McPartlin warned. "A bunch of bad guys show up and they're trying to get [Chuck's father's] computer that was accidentally in my bag instead of Ellie's, so it's a good thing we have Agent Casey with us."

"Casey brings weapons, as always -- there's some target practice," Baldwin confirmed.

"Awesome gets in the action a little bit with Morgan," McPartlin added. "He gives this little distraction of sharpening the spears. We've become more or less like Laurel and Hardy now, I don't know how it happened -- everything else I can do really awesomely, but when it comes to being in the spy world, I crumble."

As teased in the preview, the charismatic Ray Wise returns in tonight's episode, reprising his role as Riley, the Volkoff family lawyer. It looks like the CIA and The Ring aren't the only organizations itching to harness the power of the Intersect, but what role will the Volkoffs play in the final few episodes? And who is the mysterious Agent X? With 'Chuck' once again on the bubble between renewal and cancellation, it's even more imperative that you tune in and show your support.

'Chuck vs. Agent X' airs tonight at 8PM ET on NBC.
