by Jason Hughes, posted May 2nd 2011 2:24AM
Tim White & Christina Rodriguez, 'Undercover Boss''Undercover Boss' (Sun., 9PM ET on CBS) wrapped its season by taking us inside the University of California Riverside campus. Chancellor Tim White went inside the school system to see how things were working, and ensure his school was giving the best education it could to its students.

Of all the experiences he had working undercover, none touched him so much as a moment of quiet with Christina Rodriguez, whom he worked with as a tour guide on the campus.

While they sat and talked, Christina opened up and talked about her father, who was in a car accident a year ago. He's now in a nursing home in what she described as a brain dead state, but is officially being called a coma.

White then revealed that his own father had died in a car accident, creating a unique bond of loss between the two of them. As the emotions began to overwhelm the pair, White said, "I'm sorry. I'm taking you back to a tough time and you're taking me back to a tough time."

"It's amazing how much you can connect with someone," Christina said before the two of them hugged.

To ease her burden, after the reveal White gave Christina $10,000 to pay for her existing student loans, $10,000 to finish her undergraduate degree, and a a final $10,000 to help her move close to campus. She'd moved back home to help her family during this crisis.
