After it's revealed that Burt's been flirting as part of his lawn care service to get perks for the family on 'Raising Hope' (Tue., 9PM ET on FOX), Virginia and Jimmy decide to get in on some of that action as well.

Jimmy takes it to Sabrina at work, who'd been flirting with the boss already to get out of doing undesirable work like preparing the fish. So Jimmy ups his game and gets his flirt on, making a connection with Barney that starts to pay off right away.

Instead of having to clean out dead bugs from the lights, he got to experience Barney's workout regimen in his office. It turned out to be little more than holding Shake Weights.

The scene did give a nice little shout-out to the recently departed Michael Scott of 'The Office,' with a completely unnecessary explanation of "That's what she said."
