On 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri announced a new cooking show that will premiere this summer on the Food Network. On the show, Ray and Fieri will command two teams of five celebrities in cooking competitions.

"This summer, Guy and I are doing a brand new show on Food Network and ... it is basically the cooking equivalent of 'Dancing With the Stars,'" said Ray.

"Or, a brother and sister culinary battle," Fieri said, adding that he and Ray will pit their celebrities against each other in a food-based "battle royale."
