Tim Meadows Records Morning News to Check Out the Hot 'Weather Lady' (VIDEO)

Craig Ferguson has mastered the art of "creepy" on 'The Late Late Show' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS). So when Ferguson tells you something you're doing is creepy, you'd better pay attention. The man knows what he's talking about.

Tim Meadows story about his daily ritual with the 4AM NBC newscast certainly qualifies as a little bit creepy. "I DVR the 4AM NBC morning news show," he explained. So he doesn't get up to watch it, and as he explained later, he doesn't even watch any of the news.

"I speed forward through the news and traffic and I'll just watch weather," Meadows said. Why? "This meteorology lady has the most gigantic juggs you ever want to see."

Every single day, Tim Meadows records a 4AM newscast so he can fast-forward to the weather and stare at a woman's breasts. (Or "weather balloons," as Ferguson put it.) Yep. Creepy.
