Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas, 'Dancing with the Stars'After throwing out a perfect score to Hines Ward and Kym Johnson earlier in the night, the judges weren't done doling out 10s on 'Dancing With the Stars' (Mon., 8PM ET on ABC). Chelsea Kane hasn't been as sensational a personality this season, but she's made up for it with beautiful work on the dance floor.

This week, Kane and Mark Ballas achieved perfection on their Rumba. "Tonight you have fulfilled your potential," Len Goodman told Kane. "You're there."

"It was romantic and erotic, but perfectly pitched," said Bruno Tonioli. "It was stunning."

It looked to us like there were two professional dancers out there. Kane just takes whatever Ballas teaches her and absolutely owns it as if she's been doing it for years. Can her grace and presence on the dance floor translate to enough support from fans to possibly win the season?

#1. The Winner Takes All dancing was all wrong. Each one of the dancers should have gotten part of the score.
#2. Chelsea is a great dancer, but if she loses in the end, it will be because of the over-inflated dancing of her partner Mark, who choreographs for showing off himself, and not Chelsea. Watch how many extra jumps and spins he puts in the choreography for himself, while Chelsea is just off to the side. (Note to Mark: "You are supposed to be showing off your partner, not yourself."
#3. Hines has come from 'not being a dancer,' to dancing extremely well, and hopefully will win the trophy.
