Kelly Osbourne Says Her Dog's Genitals Are 'The Cutest Things' (VIDEO)

Kelly Osbourne clearly loves her dog. We mean really, really loves her dog. She brought him along with her on 'Chelsea Lately' (Mon., 11PM ET on E!) to talk about how she's shaved him up to resemble a lion.

She then went on about how she wants to get him a passport so he can travel with her, but both Osbourne and Chelsea Handler kept coming back to the dog's testicles. "Let me show everybody how big his balls are," Handler said at one point.

Later, she revealed that Osbourne admitted backstage that she liked to play with them.

"They're the cutest things," Osbourne said, lifting the dog to show them to the audience. And then, she gave them a touch right there on national television.

We're all for loving your dog, but this crossed over into being downright weird.
