On 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC), anchor Josh Elliott and special contributor Melissa Rycroft previewed their appearance on 'Wipeout,' the endlessly entertaining game show which uses fiendish obstacle courses to batter its contestants.

Elliott hesitated before the Big Balls, then got shoved forward by the Motivator. The end result: an ungainly belly flop into the water.

Rycroft seemed to fare much better by nimbly throwing herself off a swing onto a spinning platform, and by using a slide to jump a gap with her body.

Both Elliott and Rycroft cringed as they watched footage of their performance in the 'GMA' studios. "That was just as painful to relive as it was to be there doing it," Rycroft said. Elliott, meanwhile, just held his head in his hands.
