This week on 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' Sonja and LuAnn came up with an idea for a ladies-only trip, and the Countess proposed Morocco. LuAnn pulled out all her expertise as a tourist. Everyone would be in, even Kelly. Jill was game, Ramona was concerned, but said she'd go along. Cindy and Alex were ready to fly. Of course, the problem was going to be Kelly. Would she go or not? Time would tell.

FYI the Morocco trip is going to be 'The LuAnn Show' in case you haven't figured that out yet. She was taking it all very seriously, and she started her campaign for civility among the girls with a luncheon lecture for Ramona.

Meanwhile, something happened in this show that I thought I'd never see on 'The Real Housewives of New York City.' Kelly was right. She showed up for Sonja's photo shoot and nailed the idiocy of the scene right away. I was thinking exactly the same thing -- what does a toaster oven cookbook have to do with Sonja flashing her hoo-ha on a dining room table?

Kelly also pointed out that Sonja had yet to write a book. She was taking pictures for the cover of an empty book.

Cindy continued to try to worm her way into the group. She sprung for a spa weekend at Canyon Ranch for Kelly, LuAnn and Jill but, like the trek to Quogue for Cindy's birthday party, this trip was also a schlep. Jill nearly collapsed when they finally made it to the hotel.

The hours in the van were hardly uneventful, though. Kelly spilled the beans about Sonja's va-jay-jay photo shoot, and then something snapped and Kelly was opening up to Luann like somebody had tapped a vein.

Maybe she was on some new herbal treatment or something because, out of nowhere, Kelly shared a big secret with LuAnn: Kelly had been physically abused in her previous relationship. It was serious stuff; very dramatic, too.

Fortunately, after Jill put on her guest robe in the hotel lobby, the mood lifted. There was even a musical number in the middle of the episode, but I don't think the 'Glee' kids have anything to worry about.

At the spa, there was a drum therapy thing where everybody got to pound out their feelings like Ricky Ricardo. Okay, it wasn't really a 'Babalu' moment -- it was more of a 'Kumbaya'-thing -- and Jill thought it was goofy.

In typical Jill Zarin fashion, when asked to share something about herself, Jill talked about the color of her hair. When Cindy confessed that she wasn't as tough as she seemed, Jill told her she should have told the group about her capped teeth instead.

Can Cindy do anything right with these women? And did she really ask if they'd seen 'The Vagina Monocles'?

In the city, Ramona, Alex and Sonja visited the plastic surgeon. Is that supposed to be a fun day out with the girls? Sonja was bitching about her pooch again -- the same pooch she was obsessing about last year. Alex realized she needed to start washing her face more often and Ramona thinks she should do her neck before it falls into her glass of Pinot Grigio.

I have to say; this was one of the most boring segments ever. Couldn't the producers come up with something more interesting for these women to do?

Finally, Jill hosted a charity fundraiser for anti-bullying and, being the bigger person -- yeah, right -- she invited Ramona. Jill insisted that they talk since they hadn't cleared the air since Ramona's pinot grigio coming out party. Ramona agreed to talk on the Morocco trip, but Jill wanted a pre-trip talk or else she wouldn't get on the plane. Ramona needed a glass a wine. Do you see how well they were communicating?

It all led up to the line of the night. Alex watched Luann dress down Ramona for being a bitch to Jill, not giving Ramona a chance to get a word in edgewise. Alex then told the Bravo cameras that LuAnn was "a thug in a cocktail dress." To be honest, she was. In fact, considering the reason they were there, LuAnn was a total bully at the anti-bullying party.

There was more tonight about Ramona's Pinot Grigio, only not the selling of it. Ramona was guzzling the vino like it was water. Jill's step-daughter, Jennifer, talked to the group about her own experience as the victim of bullying, but Ramona was so intent on re-filling her glass that she was barely paying attention.

That was clear when she told Jill later on that Jennifer was brave, but deformed. Ramona was so drunk that she didn't even realize how inappropriate her words were.

Finally, the suspense was over when Kelly announced that she was going on the Morocco trip. (Are you shocked?) At the spa, she'd said she couldn't go because of Ramona. At Jill's party, she said she could go because Ramona wasn't as important as seeing Morocco. Hey, a free trip is a free trip, right?

Judging by the previews, the next three episodes will be a Morocco bloodbath.

'The Real Housewives of New York City' airs Thursdays, 10PM ET on Bravo.

That was really mean of Ramona to say to Jill about her step daughter being deformed. Really inappropriate! I think Jill was doing something really positive by hosting the anti bullying event and the fact that her step daughter was brave enough to share her experience was wonderful.

The only ones I cared for were Kelly & Alex. LuAnn is obnoxious. Sonja needs to buy herself some underwear.
You're rich. You can afford to buy yourself some.

Who watches these "housewives" shows - other housewives? I cant imagine anyone watching and wish all these moronic "reality" shows would disappear. It just spreads negativity with no redeeming value of anything!
