'Dancing With the Stars' Finalists Talk About the Season (VIDEO)

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward took home the Mirrorball Trophy last night on 'Dancing With the Stars,' and today he and his fellow finalists were on 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM on ABC) talking about this past season.

Ward revealed that dancing scared him so much that he has generally avoided it altogether. "I've never danced in my whole life," he said. "I was so scared I didn't even go to my prom."

Kirstie Alley said it was the hardest she's worked in her life, and she has the weight loss to prove it.

And to prove they hadn't had enough of dancing yet, Ward, Alley, Kym Johnson, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Chelsea Kane, Mark Ballas and the 'GMA' crew got out on a dance floor for a bit of a free-for-all. And that was after apparently taking an overnight flight to get to the show. Then again, now no one is judging them when they dance, except perhaps the audience.
