Bobby Flay Hits the Grill, Previews 'Barbecue Addiction' (VIDEO)

Summer grilling season is in full swing, and chef Bobby Flay will celebrate that with the premiere of his new show, 'Bobby Flay's Barbecue Addiction,' this Sunday on The Food Network. Flay was on 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC) showing off his skills with some nice, thick steaks with Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira, and Al Roker.

Flay grilled Bobby Flay's Summer Rib-Eye and explained a little bit about the new show. "On 'Barbecue Addiction,' every show is ... we go to a place," said Flay. "It could be someplace globally, internationally, but in this case, we're talking about Northern California."

What makes it a Northern California steak? According to Flay, a generous helping of goat cheese, some red wine vinaigrette, blue cheese, and figs, washed down with red wine sangria. Looks delicious.
