'In Plain Sight' Actress Nichole Hiltz Arrested on Suspicion of Child Neglect

Nichole HiltzIt's been reported that Nichole Hiltz was arrested on suspicion of child neglect and her child was taken into protective custody.

According to TMZ, police initially responded to a call about a disturbance in Hiltz's apartment.

Once they looked into the situation, the officers made the decision to arrest the 32-year-old actress and place her child into protective custody.

Hiltz was taken to a nearby station where she was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor child neglect. She has since been released from custody.

Her lawyer is reported as saying, "It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. No charges have been filed and absolutely no harm was done to the child."

Hello was looking to see if In Plain Sight , was going to be back on....my opinion it's time to get out she has become a slob, her clothes hair should I say more.... to many fresh people who have acting talant out there....
What happen to NCIS Ny 's Stella she was great for the show not a over bearing know it all, person bring her back she helped make the show with Matt... and the crew.... glad they bought back Aj and Emily back on to Crimal Minds they all make the show it take them all... and glad theNCIS Vegas got rid of the Mod Squad hero and got a new guy that can add to the crew and make it worth watching....now the one that was suppose to get married to Grissom and she left that was a good thing but what made U bring her back,,, she can't act and she needs to change her hair style and wash it and get a new wardrobe..... she is history with Grissom, more on, not backwards! Chase was a great sow but U cancelled it......Why it was a action show with lotts going on...need I say more!
