Katie Couric Thinks Media Covers Palin Too Much, Trump Acted 'Like a Jacka**' (VIDEO)

Katie Couric, 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'Katie Couric may no longer be the anchor for the 'CBS Evening News,' but she has plenty of opinions about some of the top political personalities. She talked a little about both Sarah Palin and Donald Trump on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC).

She hit the nail on the head when she said Palin is such a polarizing figure that she's equally fascinating to both her supporters and detractors. "She makes good copy and so they cover her incessantly and maybe more than they actually should," Couric admitted.

When Jay Leno asked her about Donald Trump, Couric indicated that his behavior while he was sort of running for president was aberrant. "He actually can be a very, very nice person with a good heart. But I think he was just acting like a jacka** for a while."

She sat on the Jay Leno show last night and called Sarah Palin an airhead, well she said i her way that she didn't think Palin was to bright. "Then get this she's talking up her book and bragging about how mauch it's going to help and she said that the publishers were going to use 2.4 Billion dollars to help 1.7 kids go to college. I would say that she hasn't very much room to talk about anyone else. Besides that she probably got where she's at today on other talents than being intelligent. She really likes to show off her heinie....

And Couric acts like she is a Queen! Thinks that she is the only one who knows anything and we should all believe everything she says!

I for one will never watch her talk show if and when ABC puts it on the air. I sure hope they don't think that Couric can replace Oprah, she is the last one to replace Oprah! She should go back to behind the scenes, as no one wants to look at her!

Couric is nothing but fluff. No one takes her seriously as a journalist and that is why she failed at CBS. We would all be better off if she would just go away.

Katie Couric shouldn't be commenting on The Donald or anyone else, for that matter. As my Dad used to say, Sweep your own doorstep before sweeping others." In other words, take care of your own shortcomings. Oh, how I was hoping she would just GO AWAY!!!
