'The Talk' Hosts Greet Howie Mandel in Hazmat Suits (VIDEO)

Howie Mandel has obsessive compulsive disorder and an intense fear of germs; he's been known to avoid handshakes and contact with strangers like the plague. Tuesday on 'The Talk' (weekdays, syndicated on CBS) the hosts catered to his special needs by greeting him dressed in red hazmat suits.

"Backstage I was thinking, what am I going to do?" he said. "Are people going to try to hug me? So I'm always concerned. This is the best show I've ever done."

Mandel and 'Talk' co-host Sharon Osbourne are on 'America's Got Talent' together as judges, along with Piers Morgan, whom Mandel revealed once said Mandel is "the most annoying man I've ever met." Mandel also said it is now his mission to make Morgan's life miserable, which could be a great show all by itself.
