Howie Mandel Refuses to Stop Talking on 'The Late Late Show' (VIDEO)

A talk show has to be run like a well-oiled machine. There are commercial breaks that need to be hit at a certain time, and an overall time constraint to consider. Granted, Craig Ferguson tends to make his own rules on 'The Late Late Show' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS), but even he can't ignore a break altogether.

And yet, Howie Mandel seemed prepared to do just that. "It's not up to you when I finish my story," he told Ferguson. "You can go to commercial." He then continued telling stories until Ferguson simply went to break while he was talking.

Clearly Ferguson didn't watch the premiere of 'America's Got Talent.' All you have to do is ride a tall unicycle and balance yourself by holding onto Mandel's head. Do it long enough -- you can throw in almost lighting him on fire if you want -- and he shuts up for quite a while. The whole germ thing, you know.
