To which the neocon panelist Elizabeth Hasselbeck, who's reveling in the faux pas of 'Dem boner (no, not the Speaker of the House), could only grudgingly agree. So ultimately it may be a good thing for the country: To show that it's possible to forge bipartisan support on issues critical to American interests.

Weiner's dick, overlooking all the other serious ramifications of Weiner's obscene behavior. What a disconnect. Babwa Wawa is a two-faced, smarmy hypocrite. I was so astounded and disgusted that I turned the TV off after that segment. It was almost as shocking and disgusting as Walter's coverage of the Royal Wedding where she simply could not stop talking about Alexander McQueen's suicide — even when Kate Middleton was standing in the vestibule of The Abbey, waiting to walk down the aisle. It was sick and twisted and macabre, and I began to wonder if 81-year-old Walters is starting to lose it. Thank God for Diane Sawyer's quick thinking and delightfully informed commentary that took the creepy edge off Babwa — who spoiled the ABC coverage for me, forcing me to watch the Royal Wedding on another channel, though I enjoy Diane Sawyer. Barbara Walters doesn't seem to care that U.S. Rep. A. Weiner is an exhibitionist who craves shock and awe ... and her praise of his XXXX just feeds his OC-fixation/fetish. Eighty-one year old Barbara Walters lost a lot of respect this morning. She could have handled the A. Weiner story so differently and made a meaningful contribution to a wretched, grotesque subject, instead, she pulled a senior citizen version of Anthony Weiner! Really gross and disgusting. When will Barbara Walters finally do the right thing and gracefully step away from center stage before she's forced to leave?

One must wonder how flattering she'd find it if it was a conservative that had been the perpetrator.

Barbara Walters is such a hypocrite. Just because she's friends with The Wieners, all of a sudden, he should be able to stay in office. I can't tell you how many other times a similar situation has come up on The View and Barbara is all about "off with his head" and he shouldn't be running for office or he shouldn't be re-elected. But friendship trumps all and she's supporting this disgusting individual. I mean really....who would even date this guy no less want him to represent you in Congress. I don't know any woman out there who would look at his disgusting picture and say, "Gee, I'd like a piece of that".
