If people ever decide they've seen enough of Kate Gosselin and her brood on television, and TLC cancels 'Kate Plus 8' (Mon., 10PM ET on TLC), she may have found her fallback career.

This week, Gosselin got the chance to first ride in, and then drive, a race car around the track while her kids watched. And she simply couldn't get enough of it.

"I could have done it all day. It was strangely mesmerizingly fun," Gosselin said of the experience. Her only complaint? "It wasn't fast enough."

As soon as she exited the car, though, she was ready. "That's it. Sign me up," she declared.

Give it a few more years for the kids to get a little older and she'll have a built-in pit crew ready to go!
