Edwin is going to need a lot of suntan lotion after Wednesday's 'Price Is Right' (weekdays, syndicated on CBS). He won big in the Showcase Showdown, picking up a garden cabana and shower, trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands, and a sailboat in addition to the two Honda Rebel motorcycles he had won playing Double Prices earlier in the show.

He didn't win because of his mastery of price guessing, though. Edwin bid $25,000 on his showcase, which turned out to be worth $38,316. Usually, a bid $13,316 under the retail price won't do it for you on 'The Price Is Right,' but benefited from an overzealous opponent.

Donna bid $35,500 on an Apple computer, a trip to New York, and a car, a package valued at $32,804. Although she was a lot closer, she went over so she lost. Edwin wound up with $49,613 in prizes. Sorry, Donna; thems the rules.
