'Hardcore Pawn' Gets Season 5 a Day After Season 4 Premiere, Randy Jackson Shopping Talk Show and More TV News

Hardcore PawnTruTV has given 'Hardcore Pawn' the greenlight for Season 5 just a day after Season 4 premiered.

The two premiere episodes were seen by an average of 2.1 million viewers.

"We're very excited to celebrate another strong performance by Hardcore Pawn, which continues to resonate in a big way with our targeted viewers," Marc Juris, executive vice president and general manager of truTV, said in a statement.

The 13-episode Season 5 will debut later this year.

Debbie Reynolds will guest judge 'So You Think You Can Dance.' The Oscar winner is set to appear on this week's shows. [THR]

Randy Jackson: Daytime talk show host? The 'American Idol' judge is rumored to be pitching a talk show to potential buyers. "He wants to talk about things that will be hip next," a source told Hollywood Reporter. "He thinks he has his finger on the pulse." [THR]

PBS will air an anniversary edition of 'An American Family.' The groundbreaking documentary originally aired as a 12-hour miniseries. The anniversary special will be 2 hours and air July 7. [Deadline]

'Homeland' has tapped 'General Hospital' star Brianna Brown for a possible recurring role. Brown will play the former Miss Ohio in a guest role on Showtime's new political thriller. [THR]

I like the show, but maybe a bit more transactions and less Family fitting would be better.

I love Hardcore Pawn but there is no use for all that language.. It is a good show, you don't need all that cussing on there to make it a good show..
