When Does Your Favorite Show Return This Fall?

by Jean Bentley, posted Jul 1st 2011 10:00AM
Although we have the entirety of the summer to get through -- it's just barely July, after all -- the major TV networks have already begun preparing for fall, including rolling out the 2011-2012 premiere dates for their new and returning shows.

Want to know what happens with Brennan and Booth and their baby on 'Bones'? You'll have to wait until November to find that out. Eager to check out ABC's slick new '60s-set soap 'Pan Am'? The series premieres at the end of September. And if you're looking forward to the return of '90210' to The CW and the return of Sarah Michelle Gellar to TV in 'Ringer,' both will premiere in early September.

Fall TV premiere dates
But what about the rest of the promising new shows? Below, a handy guide to the fall premiere dates for ABC, CBS, Fox and The CW.

Note: NBC has yet to announce its fall schedule -- when they do, we'll add it here -- but you can check out what the AOL TV team thought of all the network's new shows here.

When are The Killing and Justified coming back. Great shows, probably won't last long. Don't watch ABC, CBS, NBC anymore...boring!

I've decided to boycott all of the new shows. I've been so disappointed lately in how the networks just cancel so many shows without giving them a chance.....I'm done.

Everyone I know watches the Good Wife. Why on earth would they move it to Sunday nights following sports games? It was doing fine in the old time slot. The reality shows are getting out of hand. Who cares about Ryan and Tatum O'Neal? Both boring has-beens. I cannot imagine any kind of thrill people get out of watching the so-called lives of other people. DUH!! Shows their mentality.

Out of all of those lists there are about five shows I will watch. I do not watch so called reality shows, game shows, physical competition shows, and most sit-coms. Ade what idiot came up with Wipeout? The commercials alone would keep me form watching it. I do like Castle, (it is permantently set to DVR)NCIS, Body of Proof and the news. Thank gosh for PBS, USA and the food networks. And When are the producers learn to tone down the background noise so we can hear the dialogue? I turn off any show if I can't hear the words.

Yeah Jewel I wondered also what happened to "Harry's Law" One of the few refreshing shows for us. Good Wife, NCIS is two of our favorite. Give us something fresh. .

You can never DVR the shows on CBS on a Sunday night because they never start on time because of the football games. Now we're going to have problems with The Good Wife and again this year CSI Miami. When they schedule shows for Sunday night on CBS they're like throw-a-way shows.
