Captain Keith Lays It on the Line for Greenhorn Danny on 'Deadliest Catch' (VIDEO)

The dangerous work the men do on 'Deadliest Catch' (Tue., 9PM ET on Discovery) makes it even more important that the entire crew is on the same page, focused and ready to tackle the job at hand. As it's such a team effort, one person not on their A-game can be costly. It's right there in the title how serious this is, after all.

So we understand completely when Capt. Keith Colburn called out Danny, one of his crew, in front of everyone else. This is too dangerous and too serious to allow one disgruntled crew member ruin a nearly $1 million haul.

When Danny came to confront him about the public berating, Keith first shut Danny up and then laid it on the line.

He told him that if he "can't f****** work an hour of overtime to put close to $1,000,000 worth of crab on this boat and enjoy that, you're probably in the wrong occupation."

There are certain professions where you just have to chin up and do the job that's before you, and one where a single wrong move can cost lives is definitely one of them.

Hopefully Danny takes his words to heart and either gets in the game or gets out of it altogether at his soonest opportunity. You're either all in or you're a liability in this line of work.
