Emily Maynard Confirms Brad Womack Split, But She's Still in Love With Him (VIDEO)

Emily Maynard, 'The Bachelorette'Emily Maynard came back to the mansion where she met Brad Womack on 'The Bachelor' to talk about and confirm their break-up. The interview aired as part of 'The Bachelorette' (Mon., 8PM ET on ABC) and saw Maynard adamant in her support of Womack.

"I'll always be in love with Brad," she told Chris Harrison. "No one will ever hear me say a bad word about him, nor will I tolerate anybody else saying anything bad about him."

So be careful what you say in the comments, as Maynard may be reading and she will not tolerate any Brad-bashing!

She went on to say that maybe she was so swept up in her desires for it to be that fairy-tale romance, leading to marriage and more kids, she wasn't seeing the reality before her. "Maybe we didn't have what it takes to last forever," she admitted.

Could ABC be testing Maynard with 'The Bachelorette' audience to see if she'd be a good fit for the next season? As we reported last week, she's apparently vying for it to boost her public profile and become famous ... oh, and to find love we're sure.

I think if Emily is picked for the next bachelorette would be a mistake ... She will not move from carolina because the house and money is there as long as she stays there and gone if she moves . .... so why put someone threw that and i agree with the other person about the YOU KNOW ..... get some worthy of the position ...Chris.......................

Brad just wanted to be on the show twice. I think it's obvious he's not serious, just wants his 15 minutes.

Brad seemed very serious to me and tried so hard to be fair to all of them. I didn't feel she was genuine with him.

Also, I don't understand how everyone keeps bashing Brad for not choosing a girl at the end of the first one. You don't ask someone to marry you just for the sake of the show. If it didn't feel right, it was the right thing to do!

Emily is a tease..She has it great the way it is Why change?? Her daughter is the granddaughter of the Hendricks Racing family. Thats why she is staying in Charolette NC. She wont go Anywhere !! Money and Family TALKS!!

I just got a new magazine and it said Ashley picks JP to marry and then a week after he breaks it off because he was using her to better his company. How sad if that's the truth. She has had a bad time with picking her men. What a mean thing to do. He turned out to be another Bentley.

You may love him, but he doesn't love you! Grow up and get over it. In order for it to be a match, both people have to love each other! You can't have a one sided romance!

Emily simply can not speak over 2 sentences without saying "you know" . It was VERY irritating to try to listen to
that coupled with her [seemed fake] whine. A whole season of 1000s of "you knows" would be to much. I would not watch or listen to her.
Also, the bachelorette does not need another irritating voice-creaking-whinner like Emily following insipid whinning Ashley. Get a pretty female with some smarts that is enjoyable to LISTEN to also- - there are plenty of beautiful professional females out there that also want to find love. It is a disgrace to females to select
females that constantly cry & speak in that grating whinney tone.

Last night she said she wants to be out of the media spotlight and live her life...which is it?
