'Toddlers and Tiaras' Star Eden Wood Retires From Pageants, But Not Child Stardom (VIDEO)

Imagine retiring at six years old. According to 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM on ABC), 'Toddlers & Tiaras' star Eden Wood is doing just that, leaving behind the reality show and pageant scene. The piece said Wood (and, of course, her mother Mickie) is planning "her next big move." That will include a memoir, actions figures, and a canopy bed collection. The 'GMA' correspondent asked Mickie if she thought she was teaching Eden that being famous is what's important. "No," said Mickie, "because so much of her life has nothing to do with that. As long as she enjoys what we're doing and what she's doing, mama's gonna keep doing it. If, you know, if it leads to the Miley Cyrus status or the Selena Gomez or whoever, so be it. If it doesn't, that's fine, too."
While Mickie was saying that, Eden sat next to her, staring straight ahead with a blank expression on her face, a tiny pink hat adorning her styled hair. It doesn't quite look like she's having the time of her life.
