Gary is a jerk and pushes Amber's "buttons" to guilt her into staying with him. She deserves better. Its not like she diabled him...she hit him, admits it was wrong, is seeing therapist...what in the world does the public want from this young girl. Give her a break. Would YOU want to share your life with Gary. And about, he provided....really. Any proof of that. Isn't MTV providing for them both.
Amber..this is for you. Get out of his life as much as you can. Just because you had a child with him does not mean you can not move on to a better life. Go to school, love your child and be respectful to gary. Education will empower you and you can do so much better than him. He is low life and you are on the border line. i luv this program. i can't believe how selfish & mean amber is, this poor guy got her a house & still all she does is complain & be mean to him. what i don't understand is how these kids with no jobs can afford to rent or buy a place, like catelyn, she has no job but puts a biig chunk down on a place for them.

When Amber was pregnant her family was calling Gary and his family white trash. They needed to look at their daughter, this girl is poster child of white trash. These girls are all slobs, they are always laying down either on a bed with no sheets or on the couch while the child runs wild. They all have piles of clothes on the floor. Last night Maci opened her closet and you could see there were no clothes hanging up but they were laying all over the floor. Gary & Amber moved into a new house and the place was already a pit. You can only imagine the way it smells, eww. Farrah cries so damn much and talks to her parents like they are scum, yet they give her a place to live and watch the baby so she can "model". She talks to her mother with such disregard & disrespect its pitiful. Farrah has new boobs I guess her next "modeling job" will be with playboy.

My daughter can't get pregnant, but people like her can breed like rabbits. She needs to get her a** out of the bed and start being a real mother to her child.

This girl is a spoiled, whiny, lazy, fat ugly bitch who thinks the world owes her everything just because she decided to ***** it up and now can't handle the stress of raising a child. She keeps throwing little tantrums about how HER life is so stressful and about everything SHE'S going through. Yet she does absolutely NOTHING to improve her situation... like an education, a JOB (not TV), and psychological counseling to help her with her BITCH problem. No wonder she's single and miserable. Most of you have good points on this issue. But some seem to have anger issues as well. She does need a lot of help and so does he. NO one has the right to lay their hands on another person for any reason and she seems to think it is ok to do that. What happens to the child when she pushes her mom's buttons, does she get slapped around too??? And I do not feel like this kind of program should be on TV as it seems to say that it is ok to have children without marriage and then fignt about it as if that is ok to.

I cannot believe that so many people (including the author of the article) have made comments about Gary being a jerk. Seriously? That child needs to be taken away from Amber. That poor baby does not have a chance in life if she is raised by Amber. Somebody needs to step in a save that baby!
